The Association of Holistic Health Care Practitioners of Ontario was established to advise the public and health care practitioners about the standards, ethics and certification of professional holistic health care practice. The holistic care modalities include foot care - pedorthic, esthetic and holistic health care practitioners. This organization seeks to ensure the reputation of licensed practitioner s and the certainty and safety of the client -patient during the treatment process.
The board objectives are:
- Education and Training Guidelines for Holistic Health Practitioners.
- Awareness of Holistic Health Care as a complementary treatment option.
- Informing the public of health guidelines and safe practices.
- Registering Holistic Health Care Practitioners and advising the public of their practice, modalities and location of clinic
